A Dubai Property Expo is a curated in-person event where Australian and international investors meet UAE developers face-to-face, preview off-plan launches, and secure expo-only prices — usually with 0% commission and 5–10 year payment plans. Miri Homes runs Australia's largest Dubai property roadshow circuit through the Dubai Experience Centre in Sydney's Martin Place.
Is the Dubai Property Expo free to attend?+
Yes — entry, developer consultations and all refreshments are free. Registration is required so we can match you to the right developer before you arrive.
Do I need to fly to Dubai to buy at the expo?+
No. Every developer at the expo accepts remote purchase — reservation, KYC, contract signing and payment all happen from Australia. Miri Homes handles the DLD registration and title transfer on your behalf.
Can I buy Dubai property from Australia through my SMSF?+
Yes, provided your trust deed permits foreign residential property. We work with SMSF-savvy accountants and can introduce them if needed.
How is the Dubai Property Expo different from Bayut or Property Finder?+
Bayut and Property Finder are listing portals — you contact hundreds of agents individually. Our expo is one weekend, one venue, all major developers, one aftercare team from Sydney.
What is the minimum investment at the expo?+
Off-plan studios from AUD 300,000 (~AED 730,000). Villas from AUD 1.5M. Payment plans typically 10–30% down + monthly instalments through handover.
