Where exactly is the venue?+
Dubai Experience Centre — Suite 10.02, 67 Castlereagh St, Culwulla Chambers, Sydney NSW 2000. 3 minutes from Martin Place Station.
Is this a different event from the October expos?+
Yes — each Sydney weekend brings a fresh developer line-up and new launches. This is the last Sydney expo weekend of 2026, so it's the final chance to compare every major developer under one roof before the year closes.
Can I buy Dubai property without visiting the UAE first?+
Yes. Every developer at the expo supports remote purchase from Australia. Reservation, KYC and contracts are signed in Sydney; DLD registration and payments are handled by Miri Homes.
Is there parking nearby?+
Yes — Wilson Parking (1 Farrer Place, Australia Square). Martin Place Station (T4 line) is the easiest arrival.
Is entry free?+
Yes — entry, developer consultations and refreshments are complimentary. Only RSVP is required.
