Can I buy Dubai property from India without visiting the UAE first?+
Yes. Every developer at the expo supports remote purchase from India. Reservation, KYC and contracts are signed in Gurugram; DLD registration and payments are handled by Miri Homes.
Is this expo only for Gurugram residents?+
No — investors from Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Chandigarh and across India attend. The expo is open to any serious Dubai property buyer.
What if I can't attend on 24–25 October?+
